New players receive a 100% deposit match up to $600, released in $10 increments as you earn Tide Points at the tables. Hand history export is available; HUD use is permitted in most jurisdictions but restricted on anonymous tables.

The mobile app is fully functional for cash games and tournaments, with swipe-to-fold gestures and a functional multi-table view. Sustained volume is playable on mobile. The client is available on iOS and Android.

The Downsides

Rake caps bite at mid-to-high stakes. At $2/$5 and above, GGPoker's caps are meaningfully higher than WPT Global's, a difference that compounds quickly for players putting in serious volume. The rake schedule is built to monetise traffic, not to reward grinders.

Geo-restrictions apply in several regulated markets. US players are excluded from the global client entirely. UK players access a separately licensed GGPoker UK client that does not share liquidity with the global pool, resulting in thinner game selection at certain stake levels.

The recreational-protection model (anonymous tables, restricted HUDs, limited third-party tracking) constrains the informational tools available to regulars. That is a deliberate product decision. Players who depend on database-driven game selection will find GGPoker a more opaque environment than older networks.
