What the BBZ MTT Database Does

How It Compares to Standard HUD Software
If you already use PokerTracker 4 or Hold'em Manager, you might wonder what BBZ's tool adds. The distinction is in what each tool does with the data:
PT4 / HEM
These tools show you your stats. You can see your VPIP is 24% or your c-bet frequency is 67%. But they do not tell you what those numbers should be for a winning player at your stake. You need external knowledge to interpret whether your stats are good or bad.
BBZ Leak Finder
This tool tells you where your stats differ from a winning baseline. It skips the interpretation step and goes straight to "here is where you are off." The value is in the benchmark comparison, not the stat calculation itself.

The leak identification is still useful, but at micro-stakes, your opponents are making such large errors that frequency optimization matters less than fundamental strategy. Fixing your 3-bet frequency from 6% to 8% is less impactful when your opponents are calling all-ins with third pair.
Low value for: High-stakes players ($500+ buy-ins)
If you are running PioSolver, GTO Wizard, or similar tools and studying specific spots at depth, a frequency-level leak finder tells you less than you already know. Your leaks at high stakes are more likely in specific board textures and player dynamics than in aggregate frequencies.
Low value for: Recreational players with small sample sizes
The tool needs volume to produce meaningful results. If you play 50 tournaments a month, your frequency data is too noisy for reliable leak detection. Variance in small samples will flag "leaks" that are just statistical noise.
