Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: August 5, 2026
PrimeDope is free to use and funded through affiliate commissions. This page explains what that means, which links earn us money, and why it does not change what we recommend.
How we earn money
Some outbound links to poker rooms are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or play, the room or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and the offer you receive is the same as it would be if you went to the room directly. These commissions are how we keep every tool on the site free.
Which links are affiliate links
Outbound links that take you to a poker room to visit, join, or play are affiliate links (on this site they route through /to/ addresses). Links to our own pages, calculators, articles, and reviews are not affiliate links and earn us nothing.
Why this does not bias our recommendations
Room rankings on PrimeDope are based on measured data: rake cost across 1,546 stake and player combinations, rakeback, game quality, and payout reliability. No room pays for a higher ranking or a better review. Commission size does not affect where a room places or what we say about it. When a room with no affiliate deal is the better choice, we say so, and we keep outbound links for rooms we no longer partner with pointed at honest reviews rather than removed.
FTC disclosure
In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose that PrimeDope has financial relationships with some of the poker rooms mentioned on this site and may earn commissions from the affiliate links described above.
Play responsibly
Real-money poker carries financial risk and is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Play within your means, and check that online poker is legal where you live before signing up. If gambling stops being fun, step away and seek support.
