The first missions are all very easy – you just have to play a few different variants and forms of poker. Most missions are easily finished by just playing enough hands. From Day 19, the missions become noticeably more difficult. You have to play several hundred hands or dozens of tournaments. However, all of this can be achieved with a little effort.

The two really difficult missions are 26 (Win a Bounty Hunter MTT) and 28 (Play a Spin & Gold with a 10x multiplier). Mission 30 (Win an AoF Jackpot) is also very difficult as winning a jackpot only happens in less than 0.03% of all hands.

Detailed Look at the GGPoker Honeymoon Missions

Let’s take a closer look at all the missions you have to complete in the Honeymoon Challenge.

Mission 1: Play 50 hands of Hold’em

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 20 Minutes

Just fire up a few regular Hold’em Tables and you will have completed the mission in no time.

Mission 2: Play 50 hands of Omaha

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 20 Minutes

This mission is as easy as the first. Again, just fire up a few regular PLO Tables and you will have completed the mission very quickly.

Mission 3: Play 70 hands of AoF

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: 10 Minutes

Allin or Fold is even faster than regular Hold’em. You will have finished this mission in less than 10 minutes.

Mission 4: Play 10 Spin & Golds

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: 30 Minutes

A typical spin & gold lasts only a few minutes. You can easily play multiple of those jackpot tournaments at once and finish the mission in less than half an hour.

Mission 5: Play 50 hands of Short Deck

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 20 Minutes

This Mission is as easy as the first two missions. Just fire up one or more Short Deck Hold’em tables and you will have finished the mission in no time.

Mission 6: Post a Straddle in Hold’em

  • Difficulty: 0 / 5
  • Time: 1 Minute

This mission can be completed in just one minute. Sit down at a Hold’em Table and tick the option to post a straddle. You will have finished the mission after one orbit when you’re under the gun.

Mission 7: Play 100 hands of Rush and Cash

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 20 Minutes

Rush and Cash is the Fast-Fold variant of GGPoker. Depending on how many tables you play at once, you will have finished this mission in no more than 20 minutes.

Mission 8: Play a Spin & Gold with a 5x multiplier

  • Difficulty: 2 / 5
  • Time: 5 Minutes – 1.5 Hours

This is the first mission that needs you to get lucky. All the missions before could be finished by simply playing enough hands, now you will have to hit a 5x multiplier in a spin and gold. This happens in roughly 8.5% of all played spin and golds. This means on average you will have to play 12 spin and golds to hit this multiplier at least once.

This is the probability of hitting the 5x multiplier depending on the number of Spins you play:

97,14%40

Mission 9: Play a Spin & Gold with a 3x multiplier

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 15 Minutes

Hitting a 3x multiplier is much easier when playing Spin and Golds. This happens with a probability of over 40% and should occur within the first few Spins you play.

Mission 10: Get Aces in AoF

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 60 Minutes

You’re being dealt Aces every 221 hands – or with a probability of 0.452%. While this sounds low, you will quickly play a lot of hands when playing Allin or Fold.

Here you can find the probability of being dealt Aces at least once depending on the number of hands played.

Mission 11: Play a No-Look-All-In

  • Difficulty: 0 / 5
  • Time: 1 Minute

This is probably the easiest mission. Just go to the cheapest Hold’em Game, buy in for the minimum ($0.50), uncheck the Wait for Big Blind option, click straddle, and select the All-In option.

Mission 12: Play 30 Spin & Golds

  • Difficulty: 2 / 5
  • Time: 30 – 120 Minutes

This mission is still moderately easy. Depending on the number of Spins you feel comfortable playing at once, you can finish this in half an hour or it might take a bit longer.

Mission 13: Play a Daily Guarantee Tournament

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: 1 Minute

This too is a very easy mission. GGPoker offers dozens of tournaments every hour. Just pick a daily with a guarantee, register and you’re done.

Mission 14: Win with a Full House

  • Difficulty: 2 / 5
  • Time: Less than 60 Minutes

This mission requires you to win a Hold’em Game with a Full House. Just sit down at a regular Hold’em table, play regular (tight) poker and you will finish this mission within a reasonable time frame.

Mission 15: Play 100 hands of Short Deck

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: Less than 30 Minutes

This is another simple mission that just requires you to play a few hands. Fire up a few Short Deck tables and you will have finished the mission in less than half an hour.

Mission 16: Play 200 hands of Rush & Cash

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 45 Minutes

Depending on how many tables you play at once, you will have finished this mission in no more than 45 minutes.

Mission 17: Win with a Flush in AoF

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 30 Minutes

This mission is quite easy. After no more than 100 – 150 hands of All-in or Fold you will have hit a flush and completed the challenge.

Mission 18: Get Aces in Hold’em

  • Difficulty: 1 / 5
  • Time: less than 60 Minutes

This is almost the same as mission 10, just a different game. You will most likely finish this mission in less than 30 minutes if you play more than one table at once.

Mission 19: Play 300 hands of AoF

  • Difficulty: 2 / 5
  • Time: 30 – 90 Minutes

Depending on how many tables you play, this mission is very easy or requires a moderate time investment. If you play only one table, you will need roughly 90 minutes. When playing more tables this time decreases considerably.

Mission 20: Play 500 hands of Rush & Cash

  • Difficulty: 3 / 5
  • Time: 45 – 150 Minutes

The difficulty here depends on the number of tables you’re comfortable with. At a single table you might need more than 2 hours, but playing multiple tables drastically speeds up the process of playing the required amount of hands.

Mission 21: Play 300 Hands of Hold’em

  • Difficulty: 3 / 5
  • Time: 45 – 180 Minutes

You will average 100 hands per table when playing regular Hold’em. This means, depending on the number of tables you play at the same time, you will need at most 3 hours (single table).

Mission 22: Play 50 Spin & Golds

  • Difficulty: 2 / 5
  • Time: 45 – 150 Minutes

This mission is almost the same as mission 12 – just a few more Spins are required. Depending on the number of Spins you feel comfortable playing at once, you can finish this in under an hour or it might take a bit longer.

Mission 23: Win with Quads in Omaha

  • Difficulty: 4 / 5
  • Time: 1 Minute – a few hours

This is the first rather difficult mission. You will hit quads in Omaha roughly once every 500 hands. And you don’t always win with quads (mainly because you have folded your hand before making the quads). Realistically you will win a hand with quads every 1,000 hands in Omaha.

Below is a table of the number the probability of winning with quads in Omaha depending on the number of hands played:

ProbabilityHands
0,10%1
0,50%5
1,00%10
1,98%20

18,14%200
39,36%500
63,23%1000
86,48%2000

The best way to approach this mission is to play the lowest limits and be patient.

Mission 24: Play 300 hands of Omaha

  • Difficulty: 2 / 5
  • Time: less than 90 Minutes

The previous mission already required you to play plenty of Omaha hands. This mission is very simple. Just play a few more Omaha hands.

Mission 25: Play 500 hands of AoF

  • Difficulty: 2 / 5
  • Time: 45 – 120 Minutes

This mission is almost the same as mission 19. Just fire up a few All-In or Fold tables and play.

Mission 26: Win a Bounty Hunter MTT

  • Difficulty: 6 / 5
  • Time: Many hours, probably days

Well, good luck! This mission is the most difficult one.

There are plenty of bounty tournaments each day, but winning one is a hell of a task with most of the tournaments having hundreds of players.

If you want a shot at this mission try to pick off hours and play tournaments with as few players as possible to maximize your chances.

Mission 27: Play 500 hands of Rush & Cash

  • Difficulty: 3 / 5
  • Time: 60 – 180 Minutes

Compared to the previous mission, this one is a walk in the park. You will need to invest some time though as 500 hands are nothing to sneeze at, even when multi-tabling. But with some time you should easily get this mission done.

Mission 28: Play a Spin & Gold with a 10x multiplier

  • Difficulty: 5 / 5
  • Time: 5 Minutes – more than 5 hours

Welcome to the next very difficult mission. In the end, the task of Day 28 is simply a matter of diligence, but it can be very frustrating. You just have to play a lot of Spin & Golds. The chance of getting a 10x multiplier is 0.52 percent.

If you play 100 Spin & Golds, you have a 40 percent chance of hitting such a multiplier. With 200 Spin & Golds, the probability is already 65 percent, and with 300 Spin & Golds, it’s 79 percent. However, you can also just have bad luck. The probability of not hitting a 10x multiplier after 500 Spin & Golds is still around 7 percent.

Below is a table showing the probability of hitting at least one 10x multiplier depending on the number of Spins played:

22,95%50

99,46%1000

Mission 29: Play 700 hands of Rush & Cash

  • Difficulty: 3 / 5
  • Time: 75 – 210 Minutes

This is almost a repeat of the mission from day 27. Now you have to play 700 hands, which is tedious but can be done in a timely manner when playing multiple tables.

Mission 30: Win an AoF Jackpot

  • Difficulty: 5 / 5
  • Time: 1 Minute – more than 10 hours

In All-In or Fold GGPoker has a jackpot that is paid out when you hit a Straight Flush (Hold’em) or Royal Flush (Omaha). The probability of hitting a Straight Flush in Hold’em in one hand is 0.028%.

You will need to play a few thousand hands to have a somewhat realistic chance to hit this jackpot.

Below is a table showing the likelihood of hitting the jackpot depending on the number of hands played:
